Cost Planning and preparation of bidding documents (using FIDIC Employer designed contracts, with modifications to suite this contract);
Evaluation of bids, negotiation of contracts and preparation of contract documents. Post-contract duties included vetting and approving contractors’ claims for interim payments, designing and implementing price adjustment provisions to cater for high Escalation in the cost of construction inputs, preparation of financial statements to the Client
